Thank you for partnering with the Denver Public Library’s Youth Outreach Department! We're dedicated to educating and empowering adults across Denver in order to support early childhood brain and literacy development and strengthen relationships among our youngest residents and the adults in their lives.
Fill out this form and a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your event. We are able to provide our presentations in-person at your location or in a library branch or virtually via Google Meet or Zoom.
We have developed these Event Agreements to help ensure clear communication, clear expectations, and a successful event.
The Youth Outreach Department agrees to:
- Provide the activity you have requested for the length of time indicated.
- Provide information about library resources.
- Provide an opportunity for attendees to sign up for library cards.
- Provide a book for each child to bring home (as supplies are available)
Partner Agency agrees to:
- Request event with four weeks notice
- Provide adequate space for the program including chairs and tables, if needed
- Share language or other accessibility needs of workshop attendees.
- Currently, we offer programming in English and Spanish.
- Inform us if you will provide interpreters.
- Publicize event to your audience.
- Inform us of any changes to registration numbers.
